Booking and accommodation conditions

Basic terms:
The villa is rented exclusively for living and holiday purposes.
Maximum number of guests: 4 adults (+ 2 children).
It is prohibited to organize mass events involving guests not staying at the villa (parties, holidays, etc.).

Check-in and length of stay:
Check-in: after 14:00, local time;
Check-out: before 12:00, local time;
Length of stay: minimum 2 days.

Cost and payment:
Accommodation cost: from $60/day* (paid in cash upon check-in);
Prepayment: cost of 1 day of accommodation (100% guarantee of villa reservation);
Security deposit: $100 (refundable after check-out if there is no damage to the property).
*for bookings for 2 people for a period of 4 weeks or more..

Accommodation rules:
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
Accommodation with pets is prohibited;
It is mandatory to comply with fire safety rules;
Violation of silence after 24:00 hours is unacceptable.

Property liability:
Guests are required to inform the manager of any damage to the property.
In case of intentional damage to the property, the cost of repairs is deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation of reservation:
If the reservation is cancelled 3 or more days before arrival, the prepayment is refunded;
If cancelled less than 3 days, the prepayment is not refunded.

Other conditions:
If there is no advance payment for the reservation, the owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation in the villa.
In case of gross violation of the terms of residence, the owner has the right to terminate the guests’ stay early, without refund.
